Yoga Therapist, Birth Worker, Artist, Organizer and Mama.  </div> I've been yearning for a more intimate virtual space beyond social media. Like many of you, this is a time of great transition in my life, so the desire to be in healing community is even more urgent. This is at the heart of why I'm cultivating this Patreon, Welcome! I'm grateful that you found me here.  I love my work as a Professional Yoga Therapist (1000hr) and Birth Worker because I get to share the practices that support me through tender times. But I'm generally working one-on-one or in small therapeutic groups. By becoming a Patron, in essence you become a co-creator, allowing me to share these tools more broadly beyond my private sessions. In the midst of everything happening globally, each of us is also navigating personal shifts that are challenging us to grow and soften. This interactive archive of practical tools will gently remind us all how deeply resourced we are within. I will often share around specific themes, allowing us to explore the richness of yogic and ayurvedic philosophy in an approachable way.
