As a professional yoga therapist with over a decade of experience in yoga, I bring a unique understanding of mind, body and spirit to my work with expecting parents. Each session is built upon a personal assessment of your physical, emotional and psychological needs. These sessions will support you in taking your health and wellbeing into your own hands beyond our time together.
