My corporate and organizational wellness offerings are designed to support burnout prevention, nervous system regulation, team building, and values-aligned leadership, while still feeling accessible, practical, and fun!
Participants can engage fully without pressure to perform, share more than they wish, or conform to a particular belief system.
Rooted in trauma-informed yoga therapy, mindfulness and therapeutic art practices, and over 15 years of experience facilitating groups, these retreats and workshops create space for teams to pause, reset, and reconnect—both individually and collectively.

No prior yoga or wellness experience is required. All practices are adaptable and inclusive.

We had a wonderful company retreat for our entire staff. In the past our focus has been centered on traditional training in areas such as customer service, technical knowledge, office policies, compliance, etc… We wanted to provide our team with a different experience which would benefit both their personal and professional lives. This retreat gave us the opportunity to unwind, focus inwards, think about our individual personal wellbeing but also provided us with tools that would have a positive impact on our work life. The retreat included sessions on active listening, team building, leadership guidance, stress management along with stretching and deep breathing techniques for overall health and body ache relief!! I am very happy to have worked with Malaika as our guide and thank her for an excellent, well organised retreat.

Our office decided to partake in a wellness/wellbeing experience for staff development. Naturally we work well together despite our difference personalities, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the personal significance it held for me. This wellness retreat was fulfilling, engaging and relaxing and very rewarding. It brought a sense on togetherness as a team and at the same time an awareness of me as an individual. Malaika's was great! Her instructions were clear and catered for everyone. The stretches were not difficult or too challenging. It was indeed a day well spent! The objective for the day was achieved and it was wonderful to participate in this activity as a cooperate group!
