Spice Harmony Yoga
Start your week with some movement. Join me for vinyasa flow yoga with a hint of yoga wall at the end of each class.In this thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa flow class you will begin with guided meditation to help you focus your mind at the beginning of the week. Then move into gentle warm ups, build-up to poses that give your a playful challenge and then cool down again so you leave feeling relaxed. You will also get a taste of Great Yoga Wall in each class.
