There can be so much pressure to "be better" in a new year but honestly everyday is an opportunity for growth. To thrive in the outer world, we must be able to turn inward first, reflect honestly on our resistances and lean into our strengths. 

Malaika brings the warmth of the Caribbean with her to this nurturing workshop. Through heartfelt conversation, gentle yoga poses, breathing and guided meditation we will enhance our ability to find balance and fulfillment regardless of whether or not you decided to set new year resolutions.  To close the session, Elena will play the crystal singing bowl to deepen your relaxation and help clear out the old mind to make space for the whole new experiences of the year ahead!
