Creativity is a powerful force that can awaken us to the potential of each new moment. As we embark on this new journey around the sun, let’s come together to ignite the spirit of playful exploration!

Join yoga therapist + doula, Malaika Maitland and artist + illustrator, Stacey Byer for Creative Healing: New Year Renewal, an intimate day of self-inquiry and connection. Testimonials

This retreat was a day filled with confirmation for me. I had been avoiding prioritizing myself but attended on a whim. The day was filled with such powerful affirmations, safe spaces, connections, and community… I left feeling renewed, with a regained sense of inner strength and determination to continue mindful meditation and yoga as a form of radical self care. Malaika is absolutely a godsend. Thank you for welcoming me into a safe space.

Attending one of Stacey’s sessions is always a lovely opportunity to be guided through self expression and the art process. It is a wonderful, meditative process that encourages exploration while  still coming away with something tangible in the end. Thank you Stacey!

The retreat with Malaika was a day full of revelation and content. The retreat allowed for self reflection through teachings, thought provoking conversations with beautiful minds and the opportunity to 'let go'.

~ HT

Stacey’s sessions are always so relaxing especially after a long hard day or week! It’s also a bonus to create in an environment with many like- minded people. My only issue is the class actually has to end!
