Testimonials
As a bodyworker and new yoga teacher, this Carriacou retreat with Malaika was exactly what I needed to tap into my inner self and rejuvenate. I came away with a lot of practical tools to expand my personal practice, as well as my yoga classes and massage therapy sessions. All of my senses were fed throughout the whole experience and it was truly a mind, body, spirit experience. ~Ubuntu

Sacred Touch Bodywork
I previously attended a workshop led by Lizzie McCallum…so when I found out about the Self Love Retreat I figured, “Oh, this will be good”. Can I just say that good is a severe UNDERSTATEMENT. I really could not have prepared for the transformation that I underwent. So many amazing concepts that were infused during the retreat and lots of integration throughout the process. Such things like vibrating into your resources and abundance, leading with an open heart in everything that you do, working mindfully and holistically and arriving fully whenever and wherever you go. Literally BLOWN AWAY! My locks are still intact though. Haha

Working with Eloise was one of the most beautiful therapeutic experiences I’ve ever had. To get to know myself in the gentle and intimate way she so expertly facilitates while sharing space and hearing from other course members who were in equally fascinating, expansive and unique processes of their own...was a gift.
I gained so many tools and insights! I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone.

Liz Mccallum
In her 22nd year of Reiki practice, Liz serves a global community of dedicated active students having been a teaching master for 12 years. A multi-disciplinary artist and visionary, Liz works with the power of creativity as a miraculous healing force for change and evolution. From inner city London, now living on an island in the Caribbean with her family, her work is designed to illustrate the remarkable potential of embodied connection to source. In the current global landscape she advocates for the personal empowerment and cultivated potential of individuals to impact the collective shift to redefine the human narrative and experience from one of pervasive fear into source connection and love based alignment. She works with heart consciousness to develop and explore the energy of unity, connectivity, celebration and illumination of potential for reconciliation, healing and planetary alignment through the individual into the collective landscape.
Eloise Joseph
Initiated into Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki in 2008, Eloise has always been inspired by the intersection of creativity and spirituality. This has taught her the profound difference between creating from ego and vesseling from Source. An actress, artist and intuitive healer, her walk with Reiki has been transformational. She has gone from outsourcing her power, creativity and self-worth to activating her inner divinity, connecting to her intuition and cultivating a consistent state on bliss-based alignment. This is reflected in her homecoming journey from London U.K. to the Caribbean where she now lives with her son.
With a decade long career in the arts, Eloise was instrumental in building the pioneering multi-award winning theatrical agency Identity Agency Group (IAG), which changed the landscape of accessibility and representation for black talent. Eloise is a spiritual and creative alchemist who works to deepen consciousness, illumination and transformation in life and in art. She assists people to build internal stability, coherence and alignment, cultivating the fruits of the internal realm for the through-line manifestation of dream creation.
