“Kindness eases change. Love quiets fear.” ― Octavia Butler

Bloom with me in Brooklyn on Sunday, April 13th. Your’e invited to a morning of renewal, intention, and community. Through breath work, movement, meditation, guided journaling, and conversation, we’ll nourish our inner gardens and plant seeds for growth.

We’ll begin in an earthy Brooklyn yoga studio, immersing ourselves in mindful practice, then take a short walking meditation to Grenadian-owned Make Manifest BK, where we’ll share a nourishing vegan brunch in good company.

This year’s Bloom is a fundraiser for Wild Seed Sanctuary, supporting regenerative wellness and community care in Grenada.

🌱 $195 per person

We are the seeds. Let’s bloom together!

“Grateful for the most intentional day I’ve had in a while ! From the yoga sequences to conscious listening to art therapy, I feel like I’ve experienced a great day of community while still focused on myself. Thank you so much !!” -CKS

“Malaika is an intuitive healer and community builder wise beyond her years. She creates a familial atmosphere that encourages safety and comfort, all of which are precursors to healing. All of Malaika’s yoga sessions felt easy to access. She provided excellent instruction and guidance for modifications based on individual abilities. I’m looking forward to Malaika’s future curated experiences.” Diana B.

"Malaika is a ray of light! As a facilitator she was extremely welcoming, making time to engage and interact with everyone throughout the day on the retreat. As a yoga teacher, she was informative, nurturing and patient." — HT
