Our Intention
We designed this series to support you through all the stages of your pregnancy. Join us to learn gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques. You will connect with other expecting mothers and have space to share your own experiences. Leave MaterniTea feeling more prepared for the upcoming stages of pregnancy, labor and after baby arrives.
