The At Ease Retreat was a super enjoyable way to spend a Sunday. Like a vacation for your mind, body, and soul. I felt part of the community within the gathering which was a nice surprise as it was my first retreat and didn't know what to expect. I would recommend to anyone to take this fulfilling journey.

The At Ease Mini Retreat was accessible and manageable for a beginner like me. Malaika provide modified approaches during the yoga sessions which were helpful. I especially enjoyed the unstructured time to interact with attendees individually and relax in the pool. Overall a great experience!.
