The program was a perfect way to spend a Sunday and kick off a new week. Malaika has crafted the ability to imbibe spaces with positive energy simultaneously inviting attendees to open up to receive. I think she has the right balance of an authority and guide which when combined with her knowledge and compassion makes for an overall enriching experience. It was definitely time well spent.
